During the day Texas Alps™ will serve as the perfect family entertainment destination - Real snow ski and snowboarding slopes, an ice climbing wall, a luge run, tubing, great cafés and restaurants. Add to the excitement boutique shopping to make it a daytime experience to remember.
In addition, Texas Alps™ will be the perfect venue for hosting corporate entertainment events and for running management development training courses.
At night Texas Alps™ will transform into, an exciting extreme sports center and dining and entertainment destination with a choice of lively bars, live music and restaurants for partying or "chilling out".
At Texas Alps™ we use only cold water and compressed air to give you the most exciting skiing and snowboarding experience imaginable. The kids can play all day requiring only a hot chocolate to warm them up.
Texas Alps™ offers the most "Green" skiing and snowboarding experience available anywhere on the planet.
The active leisure and lifestyle retail center and the variety of restaurants and bars will be attractions in their own right. It is contemplated that there will be 16 retail and restaurant units comprising nearly 50,000 sq. feet. Retail and restaurant units will be let at current market rental values.
